SHIPPING

All orders are sent with traceable and reliable shipping, home delivery (service only available in Sweden) on the other hand, is not traceable. We do not recommend this alternative for unique pieces as originals or ceramic artwork. You will get an email with the tracking number as soon as the order has been shipped. When you buy multiple products, they may be delivered in separate parcels depending on the order.

Recycled packing materials are used as much as it is possible. Ceramics will be carefully wrapped  and send in a cardboard box, the same packaging is used for original art. Posters will be send in a natural colored cardboard folder and rolled in silk paper.

Since home delivery does not offer traceable shipping we can not be held responsible if any damage or loss occurs after the parcel is handed in with the shipping agency. Please choose the traceable shipping for originals and ceramic artworks. 

Sweden:
Shipping fee:  standard shipping 66 SEK, heavy shipping (larger ceramic artworks) 99-149 SEK, home delivery 59 SEK.

Delivery in 2-4 working days with Postnord.

Europe, Norway, UK, Switzerland
Shipping fee: light shipping 100 SEK (10€), heavy shipping 200 SEK (€20)

Delivery in 3-7 working days with Postnord.

Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are excluded in the final price.

 

DELIVERY

- When your order has been placed, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the customer. It takes 3-5 business days for us to process your order. The shipping takes 1-3 business days. If your item for some reason can not be shipped within this time frame, we will contact you immediately. After your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

- A shipping fee is added to your order upon check out. All orders are sent with Postnord. The buyer is responsible for any custom fees and charges that are applied by their country to imports.

- If you placed an order with us and did not received your order confirmation, it may be because you entered the wrong email address when you placed the order. Please contact contact@fannyschultz.com right away, so we can correct your e-mail address. It may also be because the order has not gone through for some reason, then contact us before placing a new order, to avoid double orders.

- If it has been 8 days after you placed your order and you have not yet received your notification from Postnord, please contact us immediately. It could be that the mobile number you entered when ordering was incorrect. Please get in touch with us as the package only remains for 14 days.

 

RETURNS 

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for the return back to us. Use the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable service so that the product and your refund isn’t lost. Your shipping costs to the warehouse are non-refundable.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING:

 - Notify us in a clear statement to contact@fannyschultz.com before the cancellation period.  Provide your name and order information.

- All items should be returned in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fullfill these criteria.

- Please note that you are responsible for the return back to us. We recommend using a traceable service so that the item and your refund aren’t lost. Send your parcel here:

- We will refund the full amount paid for the product, including the initial shipping fee (the shipping to your home), through the same service that was used in the purchase. We will pay back the order as soon as we receive your return and make sure its in unbroken condition. You’ll get an email confirming that we received your return. Should you choose to keep certain items and only partially cancel your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.
